See and feel the grandeur that makes Glacier National Park "The Crown of the Continent." Board "Chief Two Guns" for a cruise on Swiftcurrent Lake, then take a short 300 yard walk over the hill to Lake Josephine.  Here the "Morning Eagle" awaits your arrival for a cruise on this pristine lake. There is a 9 a.m. & 2 p.m. guided hike to Grinnell Lake.  Cruise is available June 8-September 15, 2007. *Cruise available August 1-August 31. **Cruise available July 1-September 1. Onboard the historic "DeSmet", the largest boat in the fleet, visitors will glide through gorgeous mountain scenery and unusual geological phenomena. Leaving the boat dock at the north end of Lake McDonald the "DeSmet" crosses to the north of the lake to view more remote areas and rebirth of the forest from 2003 fires. The 5:30 tour includes beverage service, but no commentary. Upper and lower deck seating is available.  Available May 26-September 22, 2007. *Cruise available from May 24-September 1.  **July 1-September 1, no commentary, September 2-September 20 regular tour. Boat tours at Two Medicine offer back country experiences without back country effort. Visitors on boat tours at this secluded location agree with the old Blackfeet saying "Two Medicine is good medicine."
