CANCELLATION POLICY

Until 30 days prior to tour start date, 100% of the total tour cost per person is refunded less a $200 administrative fee per person. 29-5 days prior to tour start date, 75% of the total tour cost per person is refunded.  0-4 days prior to tour start date, 100% of total tour cost per person is forfeited.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY:

• The Tour begins with a Cowboy Cookout dinner at 6:30 PM on the *back lawn with your fellow travelers, Tour Director and Red Bus Drivers. Your Cowboy Cookout dinner is not only sure to be delicious, but is an authentic Montana experience as well.

• Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm

• Check-out time is anytime before 11:00 am

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Cash & Travelers Cheques are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.   Discover Cards cannot be used at the Prince of Wales Hotel

• Connecting rooms, roll-a-way beds, cribs and other special requests are subject to availability at check-in and never guaranteed (please let us know ahead of time of any special requests)

• There are no televisions or air conditioning

• No pets are allowed

• All Guest Rooms and Facilities are non-smoking

AMTRAK:

Amtrak stops at East Glacier (Glacier Park Lodge) and West Glacier (Belton). Please call Amtrak for schedule information. (1-800-872-7245). Amtrak shuttles from West Glacier (Belton) must be booked in advance at (406)892-2525.
