to coordinate their organized group’s arrival in and around Glacier
National Park and Waterton Lakes National Park.
Our dedicated Group
Tour Department works with companies and organizations requiring
multiple rooms, meals, activities and red buses on a pre-paid,
contractual, and advance rooming list basis. From small “mom & pop”
tours to civic organizations to major escorted travel operators, we
provide a range of options and level of service to match the
scenery’s ability to astound. We also offer seasonal discounts to
contracted groups at certain properties. If you are looking into
future year group arrivals, we open availability for the next year
on March 1st of the previous year (ex. For 2009 bookings, we will
open group availability on a first come first serve basis on 3/1/08).
