Located 12 miles west of Babb, MT in the northeast corner of
Glacier National Park and 1 mile from Swiftcurrent Motor
Inn, Many Glacier Hotel is located in the “Switzerland of
North America”. The hotel rests on the shore of Swiftcurrent
Lake in the heart of Glacier National Park. The Great
Northern Railroad built this historic hotel in 1915. Many
Glacier Hotel boasts a true Swiss atmosphere with alpine
beauty that surrounds the five-story building. |

The
Ptarmigan Dining Room features picture window views of Many
Glacier’s towering peaks and adds a Swiss Alps atmosphere to
this dining experience. Continental and American cuisine is
served, as is a full breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; lunch is served
from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner is served from 5 p.m. to
10:00 p.m.
Enjoy a frosty pint of Montana
micro-brew beer or glass of wine during lunch and dinner. The
Restaurant seats on a first come first served basis and does not
accept reservations. Casual attire is required so come and
enjoy our mountain cuisine. Children’s menus and box lunches
available.

The Swiss Room lounge has a
fully stocked bar on the lobby level close to the Ptarmigan
Dining Room. It is open from 11:30 a.m. to midnight offering bar
menu items. Television
available.
The
Interlaken Lounge is located next to the Swiss Room with
views of Swiftcurrent Lake. The lounge is serviced by the Swiss
Room and features Après Fondue daily from 2pm to 4pm. Enjoy
such culinary delights as Three Cheese Swiss or Whisky Chocolate
Fondue. Appetizers and cocktails are served after 5pm.

convenience store. It also features a wonderful selection of

All of the latest gifts are featured here, along with varied
Glacier National Park merchandise. Do not miss the beautiful
Many Glacier Hotel painting by well-known Montana artist, Joe
Abbrescia, which hangs above the entrance. Prints and note cards
of the image are available inside. This gift shop also sells a
great collection of Glacier National Park images by famed
photographer, Jim Stamates.

Double
and/or twin beds, private bathroom, direct dial telephone and Bell
service is available. Parking is available on the top of the hill
adjacent to the hotel and accessible by staircase.

of Rooms |

All rooms are rustic yet comfortable and located throughout all five
floors: Ground, 1st (lobby level), 2nd, 3rd & 4th. All rooms are
accessible via staircase. A concrete path down to the ground level
is available. Lakeside rooms face Swiftcurrent Lake.
Standard rooms have varying views of the
surrounding mountainous scenery.
Value rooms are smaller, non-view
rooms.
Suites are two room units that have a king
bed in one room and a double bed in the second room. They have
non-working fireplace, shared balcony, sofa and coffee table.
Each room has a private bathroom.
Family rooms are two adjoining rooms,
located on the fourth floor and can sleep a maximum of 5 guests.

interpretive red bus tours, Après Fondue, boat cruises on
Swiftcurrent and Josephine Lakes, National Park Service
Ranger/Naturalist presentations, evening musical entertainment with
David Walburn Monday through Saturday, horseback riding, hiking,
