Hospitality Internship Program

The Glacier Park, Inc. Hospitality Internship Program is a paid learning & development opportunity for Hospitality and Tourism focused students seeking to fulfill their educational requirements and attain their experiential goals. 
 
Hospitality Internship Essential Functions:
  • This program provides students an opportunity to put into practice valuable learned, educational skills in a live Guest Service environment. All Interns play a valuable role in a variety of our Guest Experience operations.
  • Students are provided training, and a hands-on opportunity to develop their hospitality skills in a Guest Service focused, National Park Hospitality environment. Operating divisions range from Call Center and Concierge services to Guest Services and Housekeeping operations. 
  • Students must commit to a consecutive 12-20 week internship to satisfy both the employment agreement and their program requirements.
  • Internships typically begin between late May and early August and consist of 12 - 20 weeks of consecutive full time work.
  • All qualified Interns are provided on-site housing options as well as other benefits. 
 
Hospitality Internship Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
  • A letter of recommendation from your professional or academic institution
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to a consecutive 12-20 week internship
  • Ability to work competently in varying rotations through all guest service operations 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in all settings
