Go Steeper and Deeper at Whitefish Mountain Resort

Pair deep powder with spectacular views of Glacier National Park and the shimmering waters of Whitefish Lake below. With 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, you can navigate the snow ghosts of the mountain’s famous glades, carve through perfect corduroy, or test your skills in the terrain parks. However you spend your day, your legs are sure to give out before the snow does.

Go from a Day on the Hill to a Night on the Town

From artful restaurants and eclectic shops to perfect winter watering holes and snow-dusted streets, downtown Whitefish elevates après-ski to a world-class level. Savor a quiet evening with an elegant meal and a glass of wine or embrace the comeas- you-are atmosphere of the town’s bars, breweries and nightclubs. Once you go out in Whitefish, you’ll always want to come back.

Summer Adventures on the Mountain

Mountain biking is exceptional on the hill. There are nearly 32 miles of both downhill and cross-country trails. Most trails are lift accessible. Bike rentals are available on the mountain.

If you aren’t a biker, there are a variety of other activities to try. The whole family will have fun on Montana’s only alpine slide. Adrenaline junkies can try ziplining on a 5 or 7-zip tour. The Aerial Adventure Park is an obstacle course high up in the trees. A Walk in the Treetops offers a unique opportunity to learn about the forest ecosystem while elevated on a boardwalk above the timber canopy. Younger explorers will enjoy Spider Monkey Mountain Playground.

For a scenic experience away from the attractions, hike up the Danny-On trail to the summit and catch a lift ride back down. No matter what you’re looking for, the opportunities abound all summer long at Whitefish Mountain Resort.
